With 30+ years of experience in Pigment Science, Cosmetics and Skincare, I am the interim Chief Executive Officer of Kolmar USA.
Starting my career in the beauty industry developing and overseeing the manufacture of pigments and dyes for Hilton Davis, leading to the modernization of the color cosmetic shading process at Kolmar Laboratories through the development and implementation of Color Computer systems as a Quality Control and R&D tool. Later, joining Intercos America as the Director of Operations overseeing US R&D, Project Management and all Quality and Manufacturing related responsibilities in the US.
The following 15+ years were dedicated to L’Oréal USA, where I served as the Head of Open Development for the Americas in Skincare and Senior Scientific International Liaison. Here I managed all aspects of the R&D Product Development process across color and skincare categories while managing brand scientific communications in the Americas Zone for skincare.
Returning to contract manufacturing as an R&D Executive with a focus on Innovation, I have developed transformational textures and technologies in the color, skincare and hair care categories while rethinking the development process to streamline innovations to reduce concept to market product development timelines.
Studied Industrial Chemistry at the University of Puerto Rico and Business Management at Montclair State University in New Jersey.

A global corporate finance professional with more than 20 years’ experience with start-up and multinational global organizations, I am responsible for all finance and administration of Kolmar USA.
I started my job career with Doosan Corporation. I managed the company and affiliates’ finance planning and analysis process in addition to corporate strategic planning for 11 years.
I have actively participated in various projects such as ERP, Balanced Scorecard, Project Management System, M&A and so on.
In 2011, I was transferred to Bobcat Company, affiliate of Doosan in US, and formed a new entity, DSIA, to provide shared services for Bobcat and other affiliates in NA region.
Eventually becoming CFO of DSIA, I established and stabilized corporate finance operation of FP&A, accounting, sourcing and sales in cross-cultural environment as well as implemented financial controls and corporate IT systems
In 2017, I Joined Kolmar Korea Inc., and was assigned as a role of Kolmar USA CFO in 2018.
I hold both a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and an MBA degree from Kyunghee University.
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, skiing and traveling with my wife Shannon. We have visited more than 30 countries

I graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Accounting and minor in History. I am a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant and IFRS Certificate holder. I am a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I currently sit on the Lackawanna Industrial Fund Enterprises (LIFE) board. I am very active in my community as a member of the Neighbors & Economy Committee of the Pine Brook Neighborhood Plan and a steward for Little Free Library.
I am an avid reader who enjoys time with my husband and corgis.

I am native to NEPA and have worked in the cosmetic contract manufacturing industry my entire professional career in various roles. Specializing in Supply Chain functions including inventory, warehousing, and project management and values a very customer centric approach to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors and am a golf and sports enthusiast. I have additionally studied Classics and view myself as a cinephile.

I was born in NE Pennsylvania and lived most of my life here. I’m a chemist by training. Most of my career was spent working in pervasively regulated industries enforced by FDA (foods, drugs, devices, cosmetics), EPA, DEA, AT&F in various Quality Management roles.
My interests include gardening and any warm weather activity, cars and software development. I have two children, both grown (son and daughter). One went into law and other medicine.

A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. I have valuable experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, finance, and procurement. I am responsible for all procurement functions at Kolmar USA.
I also serve my community as a member of local finance and pastoral councils. A devoted parent, I enjoy spending my free time with my family.

I was born in Hartford CT. In 2008 My family and I moved to PA. I have been in Human Resources for 10 years and have enjoyed every moment of it. I began my career with Kolmar USA, September of 2013.
I enjoy playing golf, coaching varsity Lacrosse and Hockey for the Wyoming Area School District. My wife and I are parents to three children.

Originally from Westfield NJ, I went to East Stroudsburg University to study Computer Science. After college I spent 14 years working for Intel Corporation in Parsippany NJ. My final role with Intel was as the Worldwide Lab Manager of the Intel Communications Group.
After that time, I spent several years working in the datacenter and managed service provider space before joining Kolmar USA. My son competes in football and track throwing events, so I very much enjoy watching that. In addition, I enjoy hiking and spending weekends at the NJ Shore when time allows.
